Used to investigate the distribution of clindamycin resistance determinants across lineages. Assemblies were generated by the AllTheBacteria project and STs were determined based one the PubMLST scheme for S. aureus https://pubmlst.org/bigsdb/page/schemes, using bactopia run by Robert Petit.
